Ravioli Re-do and other recipes

Today I was in Sams... and I saw some lobster ravioli...I thought of Brigette, and fried it tonight for the girls. Even Holly loved it! :) Thanks for typing the recipes Sherry - here they are as well. I think you forgot something for the hurricane... i added it.

Alex's Yummy Goat Cheese Torta

2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese at room temp
8 oz goat cheese room temp
2 cloves minced garlic
4 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano or 1 ¼ tsp dried oregano
1/8 tsp pepper
¼ cup prepared pesto
½ cup sun dried tomatoes packed in olive old
1-2 tablespoons toasted slivered almonds
Fresh oregano or parsley sprig
Crackers or thinly sliced baguette bread
Line a 9x5 loaf pan, souffle pan, decorative gelatin mold or 9 inch spring-form pan with clear plastic wrap.In a food processor or large bowl, combine cream cheese, goat cheese, garlic, oregano and pepper; still well until blended.Spread evenly 1/3 of the cheese mixture onto the bottom of prepared pan. Top with pesto- spreading evenly. Layer with another 1/3 of the cheese mixture.Drain sun-dried tomatoes, reserving one tomato for garnish. Cut remaining sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces; spread evenly over cheese mixture in pan. Top with remaining cheese mixture.Cover with plastic wrap and press gently to pack cheese. Refrigerate several hours or over night. Uncover and invert onto a serving plate. Cut reserved sun-dried tomato into thin slices. Garnish torta with tomato, almonds and oregano or parsley. Serve with crackers or baguette bread. Note: this can be made 5 days in advance and refrigerated, or it can be frozen up to 2 months. Makes 12-16 servings.

Alex's Hurricane Cocktail

Ice
3 oz white rum
½ oz DeKuyper Pucker Berry Fusion schnapps
1 oz grenadine
1 ½ oz sprite
½ oz pineapple juice
½ oz orange juice
½ oz Rose's lime juice
½ oz Bacardi 151
1 orange wedge

Directions.
mix well, and drink plenty. Afterwards perform gymnastics and cheerleading jumps on the beach. Avoid falling or crawling around in the sand.
